1. Introduction
At The Lioness Pride, which includes Lion's Muse Events and Lioness Photography, we are dedicated to providing exceptional experiences and services for all our clients. Please carefully review our Refund Policy before booking, as it outlines the terms and conditions of your booking and any potential refunds.
2. Booking Fee
A non-refundable $75 booking fee is required to secure all event bookings with Lion's Muse Events and Lioness Photography. This fee is additional to the session or event fee, and is required at the time of booking. The $75 booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, except in the event that The Lioness Pride cancels the booking for reasons beyond your control.
This fee is in place to protect both you and us from last-minute cancellations, as we allocate resources and prepare for each event well in advance.
3. Full Payment Due
The full event or session fee is due 7 days prior to the scheduled event date. If full payment is not received by this time, your booking may be canceled, and your $75 booking fee will not be refunded.
4. Cancellation by Client
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, the $75 booking fee is non-refundable. Additionally, cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will require full payment to be made, as this fee is considered part of the cost of securing the date and preparing for your event.
5. Refunds and Cancellations by The Lioness Pride
In the unlikely event that The Lioness Pride (including Lion's Muse Events and Lioness Photography) needs to cancel your event or session for reasons beyond your control (e.g., unforeseen circumstances, illness, etc.), you will be entitled to a full refund of the $75 booking fee and any amounts paid toward the session or event.
6. No Refunds for No-Shows or Missed Appointments
If you fail to show up for your scheduled event or session without prior notice, no refund will be issued, and the $75 booking fee will not be refunded.
7. Changes to Event or Session Date
If you need to change the date of your event or session, please notify us as soon as possible. If we are able to accommodate the change, any payments made will be transferred to the new date. However, if you cancel or fail to provide notice within 7 days of the event, the $75 booking fee and full payment are non-refundable.
