Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Confirmation: To confirm your booking with Lion's Muse Events, a non-refundable $75 booking fee is required. This booking fee is due at the time of booking and will be deducted from the total cost of your event. The booking fee is non-refundable, regardless of cancellation. The remaining balance of your event fee is due 7 days before the event. Your booking is only considered confirmed once the booking fee is paid. 2. Payment: All payments, including the booking fee and remaining balance, must be made through our secure payment platform. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other methods as outlined at checkout. 3. Cancellation Policy: The $75 booking fee is non-refundable. If you cancel your event, the booking fee will not be refunded. For cancellations made 7 days or more before the event, any payments made beyond the booking fee will be refunded, minus the booking fee. For cancellations made less than 7 days before the event, no refunds will be issued. 4. Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your event, please notify us at least 7 days before the original event date. We will make every effort to accommodate your new date, but rescheduling is subject to availability. If a new date is not available, the cancellation policy will apply. 5. Event Changes: Any significant changes to your event (e.g., guest count, package upgrades, etc.) must be confirmed at least 14 days before the event. Additional charges may apply. 6. Liability: While we take every precaution to ensure a smooth event, Lion's Muse Events is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including weather, natural disasters, or other unexpected disruptions. We recommend having appropriate insurance for such events.
